Sioux Falls runs for chocolate

The Chocoholic Frolic will be coming to Sioux Falls this fall. This race features both a 5K and 10K option, and are timed.

This race is unique because it offers participants chocolate at the end of the race, as well as treats to dip into it. There is also at least one chocolate stop in each course, for those who are not concerned with time.

Participants will have chips for timed racing. There will be a 5K and 10K option for the race, as well as a KidsK. All participants will have access to the post-race treats, as well as finisher medals and other swag.

Registration for this event is currently open, and is $40 for either race. On the day of the race, the price goes up to $45. Registration for the KidsK is $15 regardless of registration timing. This event have limited availability; only 3000 people can attend, so early signup is recommended.

A virtual race option is also available, which allows participants a chance to run on another day, or at a different time. These attendees also get race swag mailed to them about a week before the actual race.

This type of event often uses banner printing, often to have at the end of the event or to hang up beforehand. Race packets can be picked up before the event, or on the day of, October 19.
