Event organizers and sponsors have come together to plan two festivals in September to feature the region’s best art.
The Sidewalk Arts Festival will be taking place on September 12 in downtown Sioux Falls from 9:00 am. This fundraiser event for the Visual Arts Center of the Washington Pavilion is the region’s largest art festival held within a day. The outdoor event is free and features more than 200 vendor booths. The art event is supported by the South Dakota community and attendees enjoy art, food, and entertainment at the heart of the city.
Also, the rescheduling of the Beatles vs. Stones musical showdown for September 17 will allow attendees to enjoy a barrage of hits. The event, which was previously set for May 20, will be held at the Orpheum Theater Center. The face-off show brings two of the greatest band of all time in a high-energy showdown. The event is appropriate for all ages, but interested participants must transfer their tickets to the new date. The event is aimed at showing the attendees the continuous attempts of the two bands to outperform each other whenever they can, dating right back to their 1960s origins.
Vendors sometimes use their Business Cards during the outdoor events to build brand awareness and to facilitate the networking process.
