The Sioux Empire Arts and Crafts Show is held yearly on the second weekend in November and will take place at the W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds this year, featuring over 120 vendors from all over the Midwest selling handcrafted and homemade items.
These items will probably include fabric art, jewelry, candles, furniture, holiday decorations, toys, pottery, and ceramics. It will be a great opportunity for those attending to find a unique and perfect gift for a family member or friend.
This is a juried show and vendors can rent a table for $95 or two for $185. They can also rent booths from $200 - $405 depending on the size. No doubt vendors will have some input in how they can decorate their booths. Working with Sioux Falls printing companies will help them to prepare for the show. Those companies can provide them with Banners, Signs, Postcards and Posters to make their booth look more appealing to passers-by.
It is believed that this is the area’s largest show of its kind before the holiday season gets underway, so it is sure to be worth a visit and seems likely to be a place to find gifts for the friend or family member who has everything.
This year’s show will take place over the two-day period of November 9 - 10 from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm each day. Admission is $3 for adults and free for children aged 12 and under.
