Providence Coal Fired Pizza has two locations, one in Providence and an the other in North Kingstown. Matt Lyons of The Heritage Restaurant Group commented on the recently acquired companies saying:

Lyons went on to say that Heritage is committed to making selective improvements and renovations that will enhance each of their new restaurants unique concept character while remaining true to their historical roots.
News of its Crisp Restaurant Group acquisition came on the heels of the very recent purchase by Heritage Restaurant Group of the Scales & Shells in Newport, which the group described as a strategic expansion into the market of Rhode Island’s capital city. The Heritage Group has also purchased numerous other eateries across Newport and throughout the state including Flo’s Clam Shack, The Old Canteen, The Red Parrot and the Olneyville New York System.
