The Artists' Exchange, an organization that offers art, music, and theater classes to people of all ages, is holding two events this December to celebrate the holidays.
The first of them is the 10th annual Gingerbread House Decorating Contests. All of the materials are provided, although competitors can bring their own natural ingredients to add to their houses. Each contestant or team is given a time period to complete their house. There will also be raffles and holiday grab Bags for everyone.
The next December event is the fundraising Holiday Gala. Guests will enjoy appetizers, an open bar, desserts, and a coffee and tea station. Musical entertainment will be provided by The Throttles and Mark Taber. There is also set to be a silent auction. Sponsorships can be purchased for $1,000 and include tickets to the event and an advertisement in the program.
Providence brochure printers are often asked to provide programs to events such as the Holiday Gala.
The Gingerbread House Decorating Contest will take place at the Artists' Exchange in Cranston on December 6 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. Fees are $13 per house.
The Holiday Gala will be held at the Rhodes on the Pawtuxet on December 20 from 4:00 pm - 7:30 pm. Tickets are $75 each.
