Hospitality week extends to a month for 2022

Rhode Island tourism groups, in partnership with more than 30 resorts and hotels across The Ocean State, have made January “Hotel Month RI” with discounted hotel accommodations and activities across the state.

Visitors and residents are invited to enjoy Rhode Island’s luxury hotels, cozy B&Bs, and historic inns at up to a 40% discount. Specials include Avonlea Jewel of the Sea on Blok Island and Hotel Providence starting at $100 and $104 a night respectively. Moreover, besides accommodation discounts, Hotel Month also offers up specials at restaurants, activities, and attractions throughout Rhode Island.

Chambers of commerce often work with brochure printing services so as to keep visitors informed about accommodations, events, and dining options.

Known as “Hotel Week RI” for the past two years, the state decided to extend the promotion this year to cover a whole month due to the success and increased interest generated during those first two years.

Other hospitality providers in Providence that are taking part in the Hotel Month RI are Graduate Providence, Courtyard by Marriott Downtown, the Hilton Garden Inn, The Old Court Bed and Breakfast, Hilton Providence Downtown Hotel, Residence Inn Providence Downtown, and the Renaissance Providence Downtown Hotel.

Bookings have to be made on HotelMonthRI.com where a full list of offerings can also be found. Blackout dates and restrictions apply. Stays must fall between January 1 to 31, 2022.
