The Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce is hosting a ziplining and networking event this summer.
The Networking at Noon field trip will visit Tree Trails Adventures at Phoenix Sport Club. The facility includes hanging bridges, rope ladders and climbing-based challenges, as well as two types of ziplining. Participants can travel through the forest on tree-to-tree lines or race each other on two 1000-foot lines. Afterward, there will be time for networking. Drinks will be served and food trucks will be available. Chamber members often exchange Business Cards at networking events.
Those planning to attend need to sign up online in advance. Space is limited, so walk-ins will not be accepted. The cost for Chamber members is $35 per person. The Eastern Montgomery County Chamber’s members include professionals and business owners from towns throughout the area like Glenside. Offices interested in attending as a group or non-members interested in attending as guests should email Jude at jude@emccc.org to discuss pricing.
The sports club is located in Trevose, which is about 30 minutes away from the Chamber office. Participants should wear sneakers and athletic clothing for their safety and comfort. The event will be rescheduled in case of bad weather.
The networking trip to Tree Trails Adventure will take place on Wednesday, July 24 from 12 pm to 3 pm.
