Glenside members and professionals may be interested to know the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Montgomery County is gathering for its Annual Member Celebration this fall.
The event is intended to recognize the businesses and individuals that have contributed to the Chamber community over the past year. It will open with a cocktail hour. There will be an open bar during cocktail hour and a cash bar for the rest of the evening. Food stations, including a taco bar, mashed potato bar and slider bar, will open at 6:00 pm, and the formal program will start at 7:00 pm. After the program, there will be dessert, coffee and time for networking. Attendees often exchange Business Cards at this type of event.
During the main program, the Chamber will present four awards. These are the Entrepreneur of the Year, Rookie of the Year, the Bridge Builder Award and the President’s Award. The outgoing 2026 Board will give short remarks, and the Chamber will welcome the new 2027 Board.
Tickets are available now for $160 per member, $180 per guest or $750 per group of five. The Chamber’s members include leaders and business owners from Glenside and other towns in the area. Refunds will not be available after October 30.
The Annual Member Celebration will be on Thursday, November 12, from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm, at The Manor House at Commonwealth, a short drive from Glenside.
