The Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce is presenting Montco Magnified, an awards ceremony and networking event, this April.
Formerly known as Chamberfest, the event will feature speaker Matt Goerke of The Memory Switch. There will be time for networking, a presentation of awards, an open bar and a sit-down dinner. Goerke’s talk will combine humor and practical advice about improving memory. He will offer specific techniques for memorizing information, including the names of people the attendees meet during networking sessions, and increasing confidence.
The dinner will include salad, four entrée options, and dessert. Hors d’oeuvres will also be served earlier in the evening. The Chamber will be presenting four awards – the Lifetime Dedication Award, the Make Your Mark Award, the Community Impact Award, and the Chamber Service Award.
The event is open to both members and those interested in joining the Chamber. Tickets are available on the Chamber’s website now for $95 per member and $105 per non-member. The Montgomery County Chamber’s members include professionals and business owners from Glenside and other towns across the county. Sponsorship packages are also available. Prices range from $500 to $1,500, and package details are available on the event page. Organizers often use banner printing services to recognize major sponsors at their events.
Montco Magnified will take place on Tuesday, April 28 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, at Cedarbrook Country Club.
