The Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Business Network is hosting a luncheon with a speaker this January.
The event will include lunch, time for networking, and an interactive workshop focused on improving self-talk. Networking and registration will take place during the first half hour, and the talk and lunch will begin at noon. Mindset and happiness coach Jodi Silverman will lead the workshop, which is designed to help attendees understand how their thoughts are currently affecting their happiness and learn how to become more aware of their self-talk habits so they can make improvements. These adjustments should ideally boost confidence and reduce stress.
Silverman specializes in working with moms who have recently become empty nesters and other women in midlife. In addition to her coaching business, Moms Who Dare, she also runs the Beyond Empty Nest Podcast. Speakers often include their Logo Design on presentation handouts and other materials.
Those planning to attend can sign up on the Chamber’s website. The cost is $35 for members and $55 for guests. The Eastern Montgomery County Chamber’s members include business leaders in a variety of industries based in Glenside and other towns in the eastern half of the county.
The Women’s Business Network Luncheon will take place on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at Philmont Country Club.
