Glenside chamber to host International Womens Day lunch

The Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce is hosting a luncheon event to celebrate International Women’s Day this March.

The event will include time for networking, a vendor showcase, lunch, and talks from three keynote speakers. Mimosas will be served during the networking session, and the Women’s Marketplace will be open. Chamber members often use business card printing services to prepare for networking events.

Networking concierge Ashley Owens will give the first presentation. She helps individuals and businesses build networks and will cover practical and intentional strategies for making the right connections. The second speaker will be Bridgett Battles, a brand strategist with a focus on executive presence. She will offer tips on first impressions and projecting confidence. Finally, Erica Quigley, the founder and CEO of an operations management company, will discuss the importance of processes and procedures in business success.

Tickets for both members and guests are currently available for $100 per person. The price will increase to $130 this Saturday, February 8. The Chamber’s members include business owners and leaders from towns across the eastern half of the county, including Glenside. Vendor tables for the Women’s Marketplace are also available for $300. This includes one ticket to the full event.

The Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce Women’s Business Network lunch will take place on Friday, March 7 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at Hotel West & Main in Conshohocken.
