Glenside Chamber to host golf outing

The Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce is hosting a golf event this September.

The golf outing will include a round of golf, lunch and a cocktail hour for networking. Attendees can begin checking in at 11 am. The golf game will begin at noon with a shotgun start. Lunch will be served on the course, and beer and snacks will be available throughout the afternoon. After the game, there will be a networking reception, where cocktails and appetizers will be served. Golfers often use business card printing services to prepare for networking at this type of event. The reception is scheduled to begin at 4:30 pm and will also include awards for golfers in various categories.

Those planning to attend should register in advance on the Chamber’s website. The event is open to both members and guests. The Eastern Montgomery County Chamber includes members from Glenside and other towns in the county. The golf outing cost is $195 per golfer or $750 per foursome. Those interested in attending only the networking reception can register as non-golfers for $40 per person. Sponsorship opportunities at a wide range of levels are also available. The golf outing will take place on Monday, September 18, from 11 am to 6 pm, at Sandy Run Country Club in Oreland.
