Glenside Chamber to host economic forecast luncheon

The Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce is hosting an Economic Forum and luncheon for its members and their guests this February.

The event will include a presentation, a networking session and a sit-down lunch. The Eastern Montgomery County Chamber includes business owners and professionals from towns across the area, including Glenside. The event will start off with an unstructured networking session for all the attendees. This will be followed by a three-course lunch and then the economic forum presentation.

The presentation will focus on forecasting the 2023 economy and helping members understand how they can expect the economy to affect them and their businesses in the coming year. Michael Halloran of Janney Montgomery Scott will give the presentation. Janney is sponsoring the event. The company provides wealth management and investment advising services to clients at all stages of life. Sponsoring organizations often use banner printing services to promote their businesses at this type of event.

Both Chamber members and guests are welcome to attend the event. Those who are planning to attend should buy tickets in advance on the Chamber’s website. The cost is $40 per person for members and $45 for non-members, which includes lunch.

The Economic Forum and Luncheon will take place on Wednesday, February 15, 2022, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, at Huntingdon Valley Country Club.
