Glenside Chamber to host annual awards dinner

The Eastern Montgomery Country Chamber of Commerce is hosting its Annual Awards Banquet this June.

This annual event celebrates Chamber members, businesses and organizations who have made the biggest contributions to the local community over the past year. These include members and businesses from Glenside and other towns in the eastern half of the county. The theme of this year’s dinner is inspiring success. Awards will be given out based on participation in the community and entrepreneurial skills and spirit. The Chamber expects around 150 business leaders and professionals to attend the event. Attendees generally wear business professional attire.

The celebration will include raffle drawings and time for mingling. It will begin with a cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres, after which there will be a sit-down dinner and dessert, followed by the presentation of the awards. Tickets cost $75 per person for both members and their guests. The ticket price includes dinner and raffle entries. Those planning to attend can sign up on the Chamber’s website. Businesses can also sign up as sponsors for the event. Organizations often use printing services to design and produce programs for this type of occasion.

The Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Awards Banquet will take place on Thursday, June 1, from 5:30 to 8:30 pm, at Huntingdon Valley Country Club.
