Auditions announced for Glenside actors

Actors in Glenside have an opportunity to audition for an upcoming production soon.

The Sine Timore Theatre Company recently announced it will be holding auditions for “Legally Blond, Jr.” soon, for students entering grades six through twelve. Those who are planning to audition are asked to prepare up to two minutes of the song sung by the character they would like to play.

Those auditioning for the role of Elle should prepare ‘So Much Better’, while those who want to play Warner should prepare ‘Serious’. Emmett's music is ‘Chip on My Shoulder’, and ‘Ireland’ is the song that needs to be prepared by those auditioning for the role of Paulette. Anyone after the role of Vivienne needs to get ‘Legally Blonde Remix Pt. 1’ ready, and Brooke hopefuls will need to present ‘Whipped Into Shape’. Actors auditioning for the ensemble, or for any other parts, need to sing ‘Ohmigod You Guys.’

Actors are also asked to provide their own accompaniment, or sing a cappella. Sides will be given to the actors at the audition. Flyer printing can be used to create needed materials for situations like this.

Those who want to audition but are not available on the date may submit videos of their performance to sinetimoretheatre@gmail.com. Sides will be emailed back by Megan.

The auditions will be held at Glenside's St. Peter's Episcopal Church, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm, on July 5.
