Creepy fun in store for adults and kids alike

The upcoming Beacon Carnival of Carnivores in Butler will provide adults with a chance to enjoy the thrills and chills of Halloween in the company of other adults over the next few weeks, with fun for the whole family available on Sundays as well.

Fridays and Saturdays are set aside for the grownups, and guests can tour a haunted house, take a hayride, and wander through a 15-acre corn maze. Concession stands will be on hand and guests can warm up by the bonfire while eating or enjoying an adult beverage. This is strictly an adult event and ID will be checked to ensure attendees are 21 or over.

On Sundays, the venue drops the scare factor to suit all audiences. Families can enjoy a hayride, take part in a candy hunt, work their way through the corn maze, and enjoy pony rides and a petting zoo.

Events that are of a dual nature, such as this one, are often best advertised as two events to avoid confusion. A flyer printing service can produce two separate handouts, each geared at attracting a different segment of the population.

The Carnival of Carnivores starts September 26 and runs through the end of October at the Beacon in nearby Renfrew. Friday and Saturday evening admission is $13 while the taking part on Sundays costs $8 per person.
