The Butler Fall festival brings autumn themed fun to the area, and the organizers have put out a call to area mobile eateries that would like to join the excitement.
This year's gathering will be held in late September, and the food vendors will be set up around Diamond Park. Depending on the location they choose, these eateries may be set up the night before or on the morning of the festival, and they must remain open throughout the day.
The booking fee for a food truck or booth is $150.00 each, and everyone has been asked to make sure they are “open for business” by no later than 11:00 am. Insurance is required, and the event itself will run for seven hours. As the celebration will include attractions ranging from a car show to music, crafters and fun for the kids, it is expected to draw a large crowd.
Setting up shop in a large event may be a boon to mobile food vendors hoping to introduce themselves to a new group of patrons. Vehicle wraps and other custom materials can be prepared by a printing services company along with Menus, containers and other Packaging supplies and branded clothing for the staff.
The Butler Fall Festival is scheduled for September 28th, and it will go ahead rain or shine. It will be on offer on Main Street in Butler, and an application form for food service providers can be found on its website.
