The Oklahoma City Thunder won their game on March 1 against the Los Angeles Lakers with a score of 108-101, perhaps helped by the amount of trading that has happened during the season.
The Thunder have been without key players Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant in recent weeks, which possibly explains a patchy run of form during this period, but a strong team effort saw them to a win last Sunday.
Each player on the Thunder was an essential part of the victory, with double-digit scoring by five players and eight more putting in eight points each. Andre Roberson made a three-pointer twice to give the Thunder an early lead. The Lakers tied it by the second quarter, but the Thunder led by eight points by the end of the first half.
During the second quarter, the teams had looked to be evenly matched but the Thunder called the shots for the rest of the game. The Lakers pushed for the lead in the fourth quarter but came out of the game with a loss.
