Fans of classic stand-up comedy have already begun to save the date thanks to a live event scheduled to take place in early November. This one-night show will feature a nationally recognized performer, and plenty of laughs are in store.
Oakland has announced that it will be hosting the talents of Sam Miller. Mr. Miller has experienced a great deal of success, and he has also recently signed a three-album deal with Stand Up! records. He was born in Olympia, Washington, and has since branched out to become a nationally acclaimed comedian.
Sam Miller has received many positive reviews by critics, and they particularly note his dry sense of wit. Some featured sketches include jokes about becoming sober, and stories related to parenting. In 2023, he rose to first place within the iTunes Comedy Charts. Miller regularly performs at venues such as The Laugh Factory, and he has contributed articles to Newsweek in the past.
