Fuzzy's Taco Shop will open this month, becoming the first running business at Chisholm Creek's Tract 30 in Oklahoma City.
Several businesses, including restaurants and offices, are beginning to set up shop in the Western Avenue mixed-use property totaling 80,000 square feet. This Fuzzy's location has a patio and full bar.
Fuzzy's Oklahoma Director of Marketing, Courtney Harp, stated that Chisholm Creek was an ideal place for a new location. It is next to TopGolf and other entertainment venues. Chisholm Creek partner Bill Wetterman hopes the new development will bring in excitement and an evening crowd as two other restaurants will have tables on the roof and patio, including anchor tenant Republic Gastropub. There are not many available spaces left in the building but the developer's representative Whitney Rainbolt believes it will be full by the end of 2016.
Chisholm Creek is 180-acre property that is being renovated in parts. The Westgate Project, which is Highland Park Drive, is set to begin after Tract 30 is finished. About four businesses will set up there. Pointe is another development and will include a hotel, restaurants, and other retailers. All of it will be linked with trails and sidewalks. Rainbolt said they are making use of outdoor space.
New and relocating businesses can use marketing services to attract customers to their new location, or give them their updated contact information.
