The Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce has announced they will be hosting their annual meeting next month.
This meeting will allow Chamber members to discuss business issues with Democrats and Republicans who are members of the Oklahoma legislature. It will also give legislators the opportunity to speak with Chamber members, hear their concerns, and better understand the important issues facing Oklahoma City businesses.
As noted by event officials, the official schedule will have plenty of opportunities for networking. As such, Chamber members are encouraged to bring Business Cards and be prepared to expand their business contacts. This annual event also features plenty of one-on-one opportunities for Chamber members to speak with their legislators and better hear the proprieties of both the Republicans and Democrats who run the Oklahoma government. Past events have featured robust conversation about taxes, education, the regulatory environment, education, workforce development, and much more.
The event will take place on January 25, 2024, and will run from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM. The program will begin at 11:30am and feature time for speeches, questions, and answers.
The location of the event is still to be confirmed, and Chamber members are encouraged to keep an eye out on the event website for future updates. Tickets are $65 for Chamber members and $90 for future members. There is no information, at the moment, about if pre-registration is required.
