Community bike ride promotes health in Youngstown

The Youngstown community is preparing to come together to promote health and wellness next month, and area families are invited to join the fun.

The YO! Motion: Mobilizing Midlothian Community Bike Ride and Health Fest is coming to Youngstown soon, providing a fun way for participants to get outside and get moving while learning more about health and wellness. The event will allow participants to pedal and party in a fun and safe setting with friends and family.

The organizers, YO! Motion, is a community-oriented collaborative, and is driven to promote cycling in the community as a safe and accessible transportation option. The group hopes to provide inclusive cycling opportunities for interested parties of all backgrounds and skill levels. Brochure printing is a fantastic way to promote such events around the community while providing more information about the organizer’s goals and values.

The event will provide a fun-filled day of exploring the Midlothian neighborhood of Youngstown on a bicycle. The ride will take participants past several historic sites and waypoints, offering a chance to learn more about the town. Attendees can also receive free health screenings and treats from local food trucks.

The community ride will start at the Youngstown Playhouse and Youth Theater on Sunday, June 29th, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. Registration is free, and interested parties can book their spots online.
