The Metro South Chamber of Commerce is partnering with UMass Boston and North Easton Savings Bank to host a networking event in Boston Harbor this summer.
The Tall Ships Social will include networking time, refreshments, and a tour of the Tall Ships in the harbor. Chamber members often use business card printing services to prepare for networking events. Attendees will board the M/V Columbia Point, which UMass Boston owns and uses for research and educational programming.
The networking event is taking place during Sail Boston® 2026, which is recognizing Boston’s maritime history as part of the celebrations for the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States. A fleet of tall ships and military ships from around the world will sail into Boston Harbor. The event will begin with a Parade of Sail on Saturday, July 11. The ships will be available for the public to board from July 11 to 15, and they will depart on Thursday, July 16.
The networking event is open only to members of the Metro South Chamber. Members include professionals and business owners from Canton and other towns in the region. Tickets are available on the Chamber’s website for $100 per person. Attendees can park in the Fox Point Garage at UMass Boston.
The Tall Ships Social is scheduled for Tuesday, July 14 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm in Boston Harbor.
