Williston Park usually hosts a holiday concert, and this year will have one too as singer Rob Mathes performs his annual holiday concert over the coming week.
However, this year’s concert will be a little different as, like many other events, it has been moved online.
Mathes is no stranger to performances and has given countless concerts, performing live at numerous venues and on television. He has performed with a variety of nationally known names, including David Letterman and the Rolling Stones.
The concert will be on Mathes’ YouTube channel for two weeks. Viewers do not have to pay, buy tickets, or leave the comfort of their own living room. However, this concert will be for a good cause, and viewers will have the option of donation to Food Rescue US, Fairfield County.
Attendees of the concert can look forward to hearing a wide range of music and hits from across the musical world.
Since this event is going to be held online, event organizers have noted that they have to treat it a little differently. This means placing more of an emphasis on aspects of its digital promotion, including a brand new graphic design.
The concert will be available starting December 22 and ending January 5. This concert, and other performances by Mathes, can be found on his YouTube chanel.
