Few things are as universally loved as cheese, and food enthusiasts in the Williston Park area will have the chance to learn to craft their own.
The Mozzarella Making Class has opened online registration to area residents who want to craft their own mozzarella cheese from home, with the class scheduled for this May. The evening event will combine the cheese-making experience with cooking, eating, and sipping wine. Guests can expect a warm and energetic environment where they can connect with like-minded attendees over a shared love of food.
The host venue’s talented and experienced chef will lead the workshop and provide step-by-step instructions to students, helping them become familiar with the steps and techniques for making mozzarella cheese. Print shops can aid the learning process by providing the recipe and instructions on high-quality paper, ensuring that students can repeat the process at home in the future.
The instructor’s goal is to ensure that all students enjoy the learning and cooking process, making it an ideal event for friends and couples. Students of all skill and experience levels are invited to sign up. Students will receive a prosecco toast, caprese sandwiches, wine, and the mozzarella cheese they craft.
Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas, located in neighboring Garden City, will host the cooking workshop. It’s scheduled for Tuesday, May 19th, starting at 6:00 PM. Tickets are $49.87 per student.
