GalaFresh Farms is this year’s best supermarket on Long Island. It has locations in both Suffolk and Nassau Counties. The voters, who comprised people from multiple nearby locations such as Williston Park, said that GalaFresh Farms provided them with a pleasant shopping experience and the employees were good-natured. Last year’s winner was Iavarone Bros.
Bethpage Best of LI runs the poll. It concentrates on identifying the best services in businesses located in Suffolk and Nassau counties.
In particular, the people polled praised the friendliness of the staff, saying they were always happy to help patrons find what they need. A summary of the results said customers find going to GalaFresh a “delight,” even those who do not usually enjoy shopping for food.
Some stores hand out Promotional Products such as reusable carrier Bags, and may give a mention to awards they have won on them.
The Bethpage Best of LI also stated that:

The pollsters also gave an honorable mention to Trader Joe’s for the third year in a row. The retail outlet has several locations across Long Island.
