Classic game event organized for Williston Park
An introductory event is set to introduce Dungeons and Dragons to the Williston Park area next month, and game enthusiasts are invited to attend and learn the basics.
The Dungeons and Dragons Introduction session will offer classic game lovers an environment to learn a new game with like-minded individuals in a fun setting. The in-person event will give step-by-step guidance to interested parties who want to understand the intricacies of the game and improve their playing skills.
The instructors will focus on basic game mechanics to help attendees gain a baseline knowledge of how to play. Character creation, role-playing, and combat rules are other areas of emphasis for an enjoyable playing experience. All players at the event will use the Fifth Edition Starter Kit to learn the game. Flyer printing is a grassroots way to reach a broad audience and spread awareness of such events in the community.
Attendees will leave the event with the knowledge and confidence to start up a game of Dungeons and Dragons with friends and family. Guests are encouraged to make an EpicGames account before arriving, and controllers will not be available.
