Camp Jacobson will open in June, and it will give children a chance to enjoy the outdoors. Families from Williston Park can sign their children up ahead of time.
The camp gives children an opportunity to grow and learn how to make healthy choices. Campers will also meet other children their age, allowing them to form new friendships over the summer. The campgrounds will be equipped with different facilities, including pools, a fitness studio, and sports fields. There will also be art programs, which can utilize printing services for materials.
All campers will experience different activities, depending on their age. Pre-K children will join Jacobson’s nursery camp, where they will experience the camp’s pre-school program. K-8 students will be divided according to their age group and will get to use camp facilities and go on outdoor trips. As for students in grades 9 and 10, they will have the chance to join the camp’s Counselor in Training program, which allows them to work with the other children as older peers.
