As Syosset heads into another fall season, its residents will be enjoying a street fair-style party that will welcome locals and visitors.
The annual Syosset Street Fair will bring fun to the community in an activity that will show some love to its small businesses. If all goes as planned, the organizers expect it to attract a crowd of thousands.
Both admission and parking will be free. A variety of vendors will be setting up shop with an outdoor market stall or other display, and food trucks have also been invited to participate. Live music has been scheduled, and the celebration will run for seven hours.
To help make the event a huge success, the organizers are seeking additional vendors, including those that sell food. Food trucks are advised to bring tables for the convenience of their customers. Local not-for-profit groups are also encouraged to get involved, and may reserve their complimentary space. They may wish to distribute information, as well as branded Promotional Products and Business Cards, to help get their names remembered.
