Syosset invited to attend baking class
The Syosset Public Library will be kicking off February with a workshop that will teach how to prepare special baked treats just in time for Valentine's Day.
The venue’s Meeting Room A/B will be the venue for a baking class that will teach how to bake Nutella crumble bars from scratch. It will be led by a representative of Mano Baking Company, and the registration fee is $5.00 each.
The participants will be walked through the preparation process for these baked goods, which are stuffed with a mixture of white chocolate chips and Nutella spread. Everyone who registers is asked to bring their own mixing bowl and spoon, and the session is indeed for adults only. It runs for one hour, and registration goes live on January 12th. The organizers explained that, as the attendees will be working with ingredients that contain nuts, it may not be suitable for those with a allergies.
Along with providing a chance to learn a recipe, a cookery or baking class may be a whole lot of fun. Recipe cards and other promotional products for an event may be ordered from a professional printer, which will be able to laminate them so they can easily be wiped clean.
This in person baking make and take will begin at 10:00 am on February 3rd. The contact person can be reached at splprograms@syossetlibrary.org .
