Syosset golfers to tee off in support of local service organization
Syosset’s special needs families will be among those who benefit from a golf classic that will be teeing off in September.
The golfers who sign up for the AHRC Foundations Fore, a Good Cause golf outing at Muttontown Club, will kick off with a shotgun start. It will be showing solidarity and support for people in the community with disabilities. Brunch will be served ahead of the game, and the day will wrap up with a cocktail mixer and awards dinner.
Individual tickets to play through are priced at $500 each, and this includes the use of a cart. There is also an option for anyone who can only attend the dinner portion of the fundraiser. Companies that would like to sponsor the outing are welcome to submit a request, and there are many ways for them to do so.
The organizers have put together several sponsorship packages, and they start at $250. Each has its own set of perks, and they all include putting the company’s branding in the public eye. The top level is Title Sponsor, and this comes with four tickets for golf as well as corporate gifts, such as polo shirts printed with a special graphic design.
This chance to enjoy a day out on the links while doing a good turn for those with physical and developmental challenges will be taking to the course on September 22. The AHRC Foundation’s website provides links to the registration system.
