Syosset area workshops to craft custom holiday candles
Candles are a popular decor choice during the holiday season, and a set of Syosset area classes will teach members of the public how to make one customized to their own personal taste.
A venue in Mt. Vernon will be hosting candle-making classes in early November, and each of the participants will go home with a one-of-a-kind soy-based creation. These activities are part of the larger Santa’s Village Holiday Attraction, and tickets are $49.66 each.
Those who reserve a seat for one of the workshops will utilize soy wax, natural essential oils, and other ingredients in their project, and these will all be supplied to them. A variety of holiday scent options will be available for them to choose from, and they can even create their own unique fragrance. The candle will be contained in a classically styled glass jar with a bamboo lid, and the rest of the venue will be open for photos ops both before and after the class.
Holiday-themed crafting classes give members of the public an opportunity to unwind and get creative. A flyer printing company will be able to aid in marketing activities to the local area.
