Red Hook to host concert this January

The Community Music Space in Red Hook will host a four-part concert series this January.

This event gives contestants the opportunity to enter and showcase their musical skills. The audience will be a mix of virtual and in-person patrons. Each performer will have the chance to have two family members in attendance.

The performances will be given multiple times across the four events. The repeated performances will help to keep the audience intimate. Anyone who wants to get a thrilling night of music can do so on any one of the four nights.

Performances will also be live streamed and recorded on Vimeo. Those who are interested in participating, but are unable to attend physically, can join in the fun online.

Teachers of the Community Music Space will need to register any students interested in performing. The cost for enrollment is $45 per performer, or $50 for an edited video of a performance. All attendees should note that the venue is under strict Covid-19 guidelines. As such, all members of the audience are to wear their masks at all times. Banner printing is a great way for organizers to decorate an event area.

The event will begin on January 13, 2022 at the Space Studios at the Community Music Space. The CMS can be found at 54 Elizabeth St, Red Hook, New York 12571. The event begins at 6:00 pm and ends at 7:30 pm.
