Red Hook historic venue hosts Holiday Open House

A historic Red Hook property will soon be getting itself all decked out for the winter holidays, and members of the public are invited to drop by its Open House so they can view and enjoy the displays.

The Elmendorph Inn Holiday Open House promises to be a festive affair that will get everyone into the spirit of the season. The location is listed on the National Register of Historic Homes. Admission will be free, and it will be running for three hours.

Those who drop by the Inn will be treated to a festive atmosphere that includes live holiday music while they enjoy the themed decor. Everyone can sip on a cup of hot mulled cider, and homemade cookies will be served as well. There will be other goodies prepared in the venue’s beehive oven that will also be on the menu.

Museums and other historical buildings provide a glimpse into an area's past, and they often host special themed events. A poster printing company can craft a variety of materials that may be helpful in promoting a function to the public.

Red Hook’s historic Elmendorph Inn will be celebrating the winter holiday season with its Open House Planned for Sunday, December 7 at 7562 North Broadway. No advance registration needed to participate in the activity, which will run from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm.
