Lubrano will delve into various holistic remedies aimed at easing minor ailments such as sore throats, motion sickness, earaches, insomnia, and indigestion, using ingredients commonly found in home pantries. This interactive 90-minute session will encourage hands-on involvement from attendees, as it will offer practical insights into holistic approaches to everyday health issues.
Lubrano is a holistic chef and nutritional therapist who holds an MA in Gastronomy. With a decade of practical knowledge in the nutrition industry, her dealings with issues such as bloating and colitis have led her onto a journey of personal discovery.
The cost to attend the event will be $30. Registrations can be made through the listing on theozonehv.com.
Brochure printing can be a great way for the hosts of such events to provide nutritional information to attendees, ensuring they get the most out of the evening.
The date and time of the event will be Thursday, January 18, starting at 5:30 pm and ending at 7:00 pm. The O Zone, which is the location, is at 148 Pitcher Lane in Red Hook.
