Aerodrome to host annual show

After a year out, the annual British Car Day will be held again this year at the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome in New York next month.

The event is held each year in celebration of older cars and antique vehicles from the World War I era. It was canceled last year, but now returns with some new developments.

There will now be a two-day show instead of just one day. The first day will feature flight shows of antique planes. Some aircrafts will even be from before World War 1. The Aerodrome will also fly its replica of the Spirit of St. Louis. This is the first aircraft to have flown non-stop across the Atlantic Ocean in 1927. Its pilot, and the aircraft, are both recognized worldwide.

The second day will have the line-up of cars. All those who are looking to participate must contact the organizer, Jim Nichol, so arrangements may be made to accommodate their vehicle. They may call at 845-752-3200 or email through the event's website.

Those who are attending will get a discount of $5 per group. Event organizers often use graphic design as way to gain the attention of event participants and other attendees. Patrons can have access to these on both days.
