La La Bistro in Massapequa Park recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the grand opening of its new takeout and delivery food establishment.
Once a traditional deli, the eatery now offers a healthier breakfast and lunch menu, seating both indoors and outdoors with a patio in the back, takeout and delivery and online ordering. The ambiance is one of a family friendly, casual dining experience for those looking for fresh home-cooked meals.
The owners are Suzi Batta, Nick Dinielli, and Toni Pena, all of whom have previous experience in the food preparation and service industry. According to Batta, the new menu is a collaborative effort of the three of them.
Batta said that concerns over what she was buying for her family in the supermarket led her to refine her recipes so that only the freshest ingredients would be used. The deli meats served at La La Bistro have no preservatives, the salads and soups are made from scratch, and the chicken is hormone and antibiotic free.
Featured at the restaurant are hot daily specials served during the weekdays, sandwiches, wraps, and paninis and vegan and organic menu items.
Having just opened, La La Bistro might benefit from the assistance of a local printing company to advertise its new and revamped restaurant by means of Flyers and mailers, which can be sent out to the community.
