The event planning group LI-Kick will be holding a bar crawl in Massapequa Park to celebrate Independence Day.
The Red, White, and Booze Summer Bar Crawl is a social event that people can join to visit local breweries while taking part in a themed contest. There will be several stops, including venues like Dark Horse, Gannon’s, and McGorey’s Pub. DJ Mikey Gunz will give a special performance at Prohibition. Attendees are encouraged to dress up in patriotic colors to participate in the event’s costume contest. The bars will also offer drink specials to those on the bar crawl.
LI-Kick is an organization that coordinates social experiences for adults. The group holds many yearly competitions for sports like volleyball, pickleball, and bowling. People can also join the organization to play games such as cornhole, darts, and dodgeball. Past events organized by LI-Kick include the Freeport Summer Bar Crawl and Ugly Sweater Bar Crawl. Event planners similar to this can use flyer printing to market their activities to local adults.
The patriotic summer bar crawl will take place on Saturday, July 9th from 2:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Tickets can be bought for $35 on the date of the event, though registrants will get a discount for ordering their tickets early. Online sales will close on July 8th. There are only 100 open spots available for the activity.
