Massapequa Park to host panel on recession

A local real estate instructor will be organizing a panel in November at Bar Grazie in Massapequa Park.

Surviving Recession is a program where guests can hear from professional speakers on how they were able to stay successful during the recession that occurred in 2008. There will be five panelists at the event, including Kyle Kelly, Larry Gardner, and Barbara Leogrande. Patricia Oliva will be the host of the discussion. After the panelists finish their conversation, the audience can ask them questions for an hour. The event will conclude with dinner, cocktails, and karaoke.

The organizer of the panel on recession is Patricia Stein. Stein started her career as a real estate agent and eventually became an instructor in the industry. She has organized several events, including the Zabbia Insurance Agency & Liberty National Title Summer CE Party and Presenting & Negotiating Offers with Valorie D'Amico. Stein has offered several seminars on how to understand title insurance and has even held workshops for first-time home sellers.

The Surviving Recession panel will be held on Monday, November 7 from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm. There is no price to register for Stein's event, though guests should register for the panel in advance.
