Massapequa Park to host baseball tournament

Long Island (LI) Hot Stove Baseball and Massapequa Cyclones Baseball will be holding a tournament at John Burns Park in Massapequa Park.

The Massapequa Cyclone Blast is an event where male baseball players can compete with other athletes their age. During the competition, each team will get to participate in at least three games. Individual awards will be given to the top two teams, and the championship group will receive a free tournament bid. Certified umpires and game baseballs will be included in the cost of registration. Athletic events like this can advertise future games using flyer printing.

LI Hot Stove Baseball is a group started in 2014 that organizes seasonal baseball tournaments for teams of all skill levels. The organization’s mission is to provide the best learning atmosphere for its players. Most baseball teams in the league have twelve players, and home fields will be supplied to each team. Games are typically played during the weekend at locations that are no more than 30 minutes away from the team by vehicle.

The baseball competition will be held from June 25th to June 27th. The cost to register for the event is $695. Age groups for the tournament will be between 8u and 20u. Each team manager must submit an online roster on the LI Hot Stove Baseball website and the required registration waiver form.
