Massapequa Park foodies invited to food and wine festival

Organizers are calling the second annual Carltun Food and Wine Festival a unique and memorable evening.

The event is the perfect opportunity for food and wine lovers as well as anyone struggling to find the perfect Christmas gift for that hard-to-please family member or for businesses seeking ideas for Corporate Gifts.

The food and wine festival will include professionally prepared international food selections from the Carltun’s Executive Chef, Rodrigo Bernal. In addition, the guests can sample from over 200 wines while they enjoy the evening’s entertainment that will include live music, a silent wine auction and much more. The silent auction is a collaboration by the Carltun Festival and Pinktie.org. All proceeds will go to the Michael Magro Foundation, an organization that meets the needs of chronically ill children.

Tickets for the festival are $150 each and $75 for designated drivers or minors. Tickets are non-refundable and all minor tickets (for anyone under the age of 21) will be available at the door only. All guests must have ID available to attend the event.

The festival will take place on January 18th from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The Carltun on the Park is in Eisenhower Park found at 1899 Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow. Visit the Carltun Festival website to learn more and to buy tickets.
