Nikita Japanese and Asian, a new Asian-Fusion restaurant, recently opened in Massapequa.
The restaurant is opened and operated by chef Yunchang Zheng and his family. Zheng has over 20 years of experience in cooking and is now presenting this to diners in and around Massapequa Park.
According to Lisa Zheng, daughter of Yunchang and manager of the restaurant, her father has had a dream for over 10 years about opening a restaurant, and has been urging her mother, brother, and herself to open a family restaurant. She says that his persistence and passion has helped to make his dream come true. Lisa was working at an insurance office, but will now be in the restaurant along with her family.
Lisa decorated the restaurant herself and wanted to make it a place at which customers feel comfortable, warm, and relaxed.
The dishes offered at Nikita Japanese and Asian will focus on the quality and freshness of the ingredients, presentation, and taste. There will be different types of Asian foods, including Chinese, Japanese items such as sushi and shashimi, as well as some Malaysian and Thai. Lisa said the balance of taste will be such that they will not be too sweet, sour, or spicy.
The Zheng family may be turning to a banner printing company in the area to Print Banners that can be displayed by their restaurant, announcing its opening and the type of food it serves.Get a Free Quote for Banners Get a Free Quote for Print
