Wall Township is set to get into the Halloween spirit, and a local activity will add even more thrills and chills to the season.
The crew at The Historic Village at Allaire has a spooky celebration in the works in the form of its Night of Frights fundraiser, and it will take place for one night only. There will be special activities in the works, and parents are advised to use their own discretion when they take part with their kids, as some activities may be a bit scary for younger guests.
The grounds at the venue will be decorated for the season, and there will be friendly zombies, ghosts and ghouls to meet and pose with for photo ops. Entertainment such as a sword swallower, fire juggler and glow in the dark bubble shows will be on the agenda, and a fortune teller will give fun predictions for the future. Treats will be for sale at the bakery, and the General Store will be stocked with an assortment of seasonal goods. While the function will be fun-filled occasion, it will also have a higher purpose. It is one of the venue’s signature fundraisers, and the monies raised will help preserve the buildings and fund educational events.
