In late May, Wall Township will be taking a step back in time to the founding days of the USA, and it is part of the Sea Grit America 250 celebration.
Garden State Classical Academy is set to celebrate the nation’s 250th birthday with its White House Founders Museum experience. Admission will be free, and will be suitable for all ages.
The public that drops by will be invited to sit in on musical selections supplied by Amadeus String Academy, and an encampment manned by reenactors will offer a glimpse into what life was like during the 1700’s. Students will provide live poetry reading recitations and songs, and there will be period-inspired fun for the kids in the crowd. Everyone can take in the display and exhibits, and the performances are scheduled to start each hour, on the hour. There will be other activities as well, and everyone is welcome.
Historical exhibits and displays offer a view into the past, and may benefit from the services provided by local banner printing companies. They can prepare a variety of period-style decor that can help to build the desired atmosphere for an activity.
