The Historic Village at Allaire gives members of the public in Wall Township a chance to take a step back to the roots of the community, and it has scheduled a day that will celebrate the holiday season.
The venue has made plans to offer special tours that boast a Christmas theme. These will be led by candlelight, and those who would like to be part of the activity will be able to choose a time for their visit.
Guests will be able to visit the village’s buildings, which will be decorated using traditional materials. These tours will be guided, and the docent will discuss the history of the site and the traditions that may have been followed by its families. Both regular and VIP options are on offer, and anyone who would like to add this event to their holiday plans will need to do so in advance.
Along with the candlelight tour, those who opt for the VIP tickets will receive live entertainment as well as the special Corporate Gifts of a keepsake ornament and a personalized first edition Allaire Christmas Postal Cache. General admission tickets are $35, while VIP ones are $45.
These evening outings to a Wall Township historic site will be offered next Saturday, December 3. At the time of writing, some timeslots are still available via Eventbrite, but they are expected to fill up fast.
