Wall Township to explore kids mental health

The Monmouth County Children's Interagency Coordinating Council and Allaire Community Farm in Wall Township will be joining forces to once again host a special day of activities that will shine a light on children’s mental health.

The two organizations have teamed up to bring a celebration to the community that will explore kids’ mental health and the local resources that exist in the community. It will be free of charge so that as many as possible can be part of the experience, and the families that take part will walk away with a better understanding of the support they can call on if needed.

The function will offer a chance to spend some time at the venue’s petting zoo, and tractor and barrel train rides will be on offer. Food will be on offer for purchase, and everyone can spend some time visiting the tables and displays set up by the participating community service groups and agencies.

Information nights and other events that give locals an opportunity to learn more about what is available for them in their home area may be well attended. Many of those who participate in such events will offer promotional Pens and other swag to the attendees.

This activity will be on offer on May 18 at 1923 Baileys Corner Road. It will run from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
