Wall Township fundraising flea a bargain hunters delight

One man’s trash is another’s treasure, and a Wall Township event will put this theory into practice in September.

Bargain hunters are set to congregate on the Historic Village at Allaire for its fundraising flea market, and it is being billed as being one of the best events of its kind on the Jersey Shore. Used, vintage and handmade items will all be included, and the $2 admission fee will be donated to the historic site.

After they have had their fill of browsing through the vendor area, the ticket holders can stop by the gourmet food truck , bakery and general store for a bite to eat, and the village will be open for visitors as well. The gates will open at 8:00 am, and savvy bargain hunters will be on site early so they can snag the best deals.

Anyone who would like to book a table for this function is welcome to do so, but they will need to have an application on file for the year. Stationery printers can prepare packages of information that can be given to each individual or business that takes part in this type of function so that they will be able to make the most of the opportunity it presents.

This flea, being held in support of a local historic site, has been set for September 5. It will be open to the public until 2:00 pm.
