It's almost time for fans of running and tacos in Wall Township to lace up their sneakers and hit the road in support of an activity that will take aim at cancer.
Those who take part on the Taco Trot 5k will be raising funds for Live Run Give LLC, and to thank them for their generosity of spirit, the runners and walkers will be treated to food supplied by Bubbakoo's Burritos at the finish line. Everyone is welcome, and they can run, walk, or roll along using a mobility device such as a rollator or wheelchair.
The registrants in the activity will be departing from the Wall Municipal Complex, and the route will follow a mostly level course. There will be lots of perks on offer, such as a taco-themed medal and T-Shirts printed with a special graphic design. The final date to sign up is March 18th. Race packets will be on offer on April 13th at Bubbakoo's.
