Wall Township class to teach art of cheese making
Wall Township residents who have always wanted to try their own hand at making cheese may find that a local establishment will offer just the experience they are looking for, and they are welcome to sign up now to join in.
Soule Culinary and Art Studio has invited those who are curious about the art of cheese making to be part of a class scheduled for this December. They are welcome to bring along a bottle of their favorite wine, which they can enjoy with samples of the cheeses they will make.
The students in the workshop will each learn how to make either basket of farmer’s style cheese, and they will be seasoned with rosemary, lemon zest, and a dash of honey. They will also discover how to pull mozzarella curd, and this will be served to the group alongside balsamic vinegar, oils, olives, crostini, prosciutto, and other “nibbles”.
This class is open to anyone who would like an introduction to the art of cheese making. Recipe cards that include step-by-step instructions can be prepared by stationery printers to distribute to the learners who attend this type of workshop, and this will make it easier for them to try their hand at cheese making in their own kitchen.
Soule' Culinary and Art Studio noted that registration for its cheese making class, which will be held on December 14 is now open. The fee to sign up is $50 each.
