Wall Fair in 2014 to beat previous years
Wall Township is going to great lengths to make sure that its summer carnival is an event to remember. With contracts set with Amusements of America and Garden State Fireworks, the weekend is expected to be one to remember.
In previous years, the midway included classic rides like a Ferris wheel, the scrambler, and the tilt-a-whirl; entertainment has included musical acts, games, car shows and fire truck rides. Of course, fair food will be available in abundance from specialist trucks and stalls; last year’s offering included French fries, funnel cakes, sausages, ribs, lemonade, and beer.
The Wall Fair is set to be held in the township’s community park, as in previous years.
Businesses and vendors looking to sponsor or sell at the event should contact the town’s parks and rec department online. Various packages are available for business sponsors, many including custom banner printing, and advertisements throughout the course of the weekend.
At a committee meeting in February, Clinton Hoffman, mayor of Wall Township, promised that this year’s fair would far exceed previous year’s celebrations. He commented:
The 2013 Wall Fair – scheduled for the weekend of June 26th-29th – entertains many guests with its challenging games, dizzying rides, and filling food.
